My favorite childhood book is Where the Sidewalk Ends by Shel Silverstein.

My secret talent is I’m a “cat whisperer”

Who was your favorite teacher in Elementary School and Why?
My favorite teacher in elementary school was my 1st grade teacher Mrs. Dohling. She was from England and liked to read us Paddington Bear stories.

What is your favorite thing about teaching?
My favorite thing about teaching is encouraging students to be themselves and express their creativity.

What is your favorite subject to teach and why?
My favorite subject to teach is art, of course! I especially love teaching about colors.

I am excited to join the Willow team because the community is excited about learning, teaching, and supporting students and each other.
