2019-20 Online Registration for Returning Students Grades 1-5

For all of our returning students in grades 1-5, the fall registration process is completely digital process. If your child is a returning student in grades 1-5, your family will NOT need to come into the school in person to complete your fall registration. Instead, you will be able to complete the process from the comfort of your home by completing each of the following six (6) tasks.

Be sure to refer to the “Important Beginning of the Year Events” listed below and mark them in your family calendar! You can also download the Final 2019-20 Willow Elementary School Calendar to look ahead at other important dates.

TASK #1

Log onto Parent Portal and complete your online verification form. Open July 16th- August 30th.

TASK #2

Complete the Online Lunch Application.

All families need to complete the form, regardless of your Free and Reduced Lunch Status. Open Now! Before completing the form, be sure to have the following in hand:

  • You child’s student ID # (you can get this from parent portal)
  • If you have a SNAP case number from the state of Colorado (it starts with “1B), you will need this to complete your application.

TASK #3

Pay your $30.00 Field Trip Fee.

This year we will be implementing a one-time payment of $30.00. This fee will cover all field trips for the year.  Open on July 15th

TASK #4

Complete the Willow Registration Survey.

This survey will allow you to let us know how your children will go home at the end of each day. It will also allow you to electronically sign that you have reviewed our 2019-20 Family/Student Handbook with your child. Be sure to read through the Willow Elementary Family – Student Handbook 2019-20 School Year prior to taking the survey. Open Now.

TASK #5

Order/Purchase School Supplies

OPTION ONE:
Willow Elementary offers the EduKit program as a convenient option for busy families to order your student’s school supplies for the 2019/2020 year. EduKits are custom made to include the supplies selected and approved by our school and shipping is FREE! A list of items included in each kit can be accessed on our school’s ordering page at www.edukitinc.com. Your student’s order will be in the classroom on the first day of school. Extended online ordering is available through EduKit’s Last Chance program from June 11 – August 1. Last Chance orders are subject to an additional fee and will be delivered to your home shortly before school begins. Open Now.

Update Your Volunteer Paperwork.

Each year parents, family members, and community members who want to work as a volunteer will need to complete the following: Open Now
